In January 2008, the Company acquired an option to purchase a 6,000-acre oil and gas property located in the state of Ohio. The Company is in development stage. As of December 31, 2008, Royal Quantum had not commenced its planned principal operations. It does not own any property, nor does it hold any mining claims or other interests in any real property.
