Description

Hansteen Holdings PLC is a real estate investment trust. The Company is a property group investing mainly in industrial properties in Continental Europe and the United Kingdom. It has industrial properties across the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, France and the United Kingdom. On December 22, 2011, it acquired Omega Business Park Limited, Spencer Industrial Estates Limited, Spencer Office Parks Limited and Spencer Trade Counters Limited. All four companies are engaged in property investment and management in the United Kingdom. In June 2014, Hansteen Holdings PLC sold a portfolio from the Ashtenne Industrial Fund, in which it has a 36.7% interest to Rockspring Hanover Property Unit Trust. In June 2014, Hansteen Holdings PLC acquired property assets within the portfolio with more than 370,000 sq m across 41 estates in the Netherlands, with the majority in the core Randstad area. Effective June 30, 2014, the Company acquired multi-let industrial property portfolio.
