Regional Express Holdings Limited is an Australia-based company. The Company�s principal activity is air transportation of passengers and freight. The Company operates in three segments: regular public transport, charter, and training. During fiscal year ended June 30, 2012 (fiscal 2012), the Company renewed partnership agreements with the regional councils that own and operate regional airports: Broken Hill, Bathurst, Ballina, Ceduna, Coober Pedy, Dubbo, Grafton, Griffith, Lismore, Narrandera, Parkes, Taree, and Wagga Wagga. On September 30, 2012, the Company announced the commencement of Newcastle to Sydney and Newcastle to Ballina / Byron services seven days a week from Sunday, 30 October 2011. In fiscal 2012, the Company sold four Metro 23 aircraft offshore. In July 2013, Regional Express Holdings Ltd announced that it has purchased seven generation Saab 340Bplus aircraft.
