Description

Romarco Minerals Inc. (Romarco) is an exploration-stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of precious metals mineral properties. The Company owns the Haile Gold Mine in South Carolina and controls the Pinos Gold District in Mexico. The Haile Gold Mine is located in Lancaster County, South Carolina, and comprises approximately 2100 acres of private land with a length of over 3.2 kilometers. The Buckskin-National Gold Project and the Red Canyon Joint Venture Project were divested in January 2008 and March 2008, respectively.
