Security Bank Corporation is a multi-bank holding company. The Company provides a range of community banking services through its six banking subsidiaries, with a substantial portion of its business being drawn from Bibb, Houston and Jones counties and in the northern metropolitan area of Atlanta in the State of Georgia. The Company’s subsidiary banks include Security Bank of Bibb County, Security Bank of Jones County, Security Bank of Gwinnett County, Security Bank of Houston County, Security Bank of North Metro and Security Bank of North Fulton. These subsidiaries are collectively referred to as the Banks. In February 2008, the Company sold its wholly owned subsidiary, CFS Wealth Management, LLC (CFS). In April 2008, the Company formed Security Interim Holding Corporation (SBKC Interim). SBKC Interim is a wholly owned subsidiary of Security Bank Corporation and has no operations.
