S Split Corp. (the Fund) is a Canada-based mutual fund company. The Fund holds a portfolio of common shares of The Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS). The Fund writes covered call options in respect of all or part of the BNS shares held in the portfolio. During the year ended December 31, 2008, 345,000 shares were redeemed by the Fund. The Fund facilitated these redemptions by selling a portion of the BNS shares held in the portfolio. Mulvihill Fund Services Inc. (Mulvihill) is the Manager of the Fund and the Fund’s investment manager is Mulvihill Capital Management Inc. (Investment Manager).
