The Company's sales are concentrated in K-12 schools in the United States, which in during the year ended December 31, 2011 were estimated to total over 116,000 schools serving approximately 55 million students in almost 14,000 school districts. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the K-12 sector accounted for 87% of the sales of the Company.
