On February 05, 2009, the Company acquired all of its shares owned by TAU Tesuot Ltd. (TAU). On October 28, 2009, Hutchison Telecommunications Intnl. ltd. announced that its subsidiary, Advent Investments Pte Ltd, completed the sale of its controlling stake in Partner Communications Company Ltd. to Scailex Corporation Ltd.
