The Company, through its subsidiaries, Empresas Carozzi SA, Hacienda Chorombo SA in Chile and Bonafide SAI y C in Argentina, is active in the production and commercialization of pasta, flour, biscuits, chocolate, juice, beverages, tomato paste, fruit and vegetable pulp, rice and cereal, among others. It offers brands, such as Carozzi, Pomarola, Sprim, Costa, Agrozzi, Ambrosoli, Caricia, Bonafide and Mollitalia. The Company operates its production plants in Chile, Peru and Argentina, in addition to a commercial and distribution office in the United States, Ecuador, Mexico and Paraguay. The Company’s main shareholders are Principado de Asturias SA, with a 54.51% stake and Caso y Cia SAC, with a 29.27% stake.
