Masisa SA is a Chilean manufacturer of wood boards used in the furniture industry and interior architecture. The Company’s business is structured in two units: wood boards unit, comprising the manufacture process and the distribution and marketing of products, and the forestry unit, which provides raw material to the production. The Company operates more than 10 industrial complexes located in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Venezuela and Mexico, and it also owns approximately 241,000 hectares of pine and eucalyptus plantations. Its products include medium density fiberboard (MDF), particle board (PB) and oriented strand board (OSB), as well as doors, windows frames and moldings, among others. Through its subsidiaries, the Company has operations established in South America and the United States.
