The Company distributes its products under the Cabo de Hornos, 1865, Castillo de Molina, 35 Degrees South and GatoNegro brands. The Company owns such subsidiaries as: Vina Santa Helena SA, Vina Urmeneta SA, Finca La Celia SA, Finca Eugenio Bustos SA, Vina Altair SA, Vitivinicola del Maipo SA, Vina Misiones de Rengo SA, Vina del Mar Casablanca SA, Transportes y Logistica SURSOL SA and Bodega Tamari SA. The Company has one business office located in the city of Santiago and it operates Molina Plant, a winery located in the kilometer (km) 205 along the South Pan-American Highway. The Company’s products are exported to North America, the Caribbean, South America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. In addition, the Company is a 47.9%-owned affiliate of Compania Cervecerias Unidas SA.
