Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (Mid Penn) is a one-bank holding company. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including the banking subsidiary, Mid Penn Bank. The Bank engages in a full-service commercial banking and trust business, making available to the community a wide range of financial services.
