Sino Gas International Holdings, Inc. is engaged in the development of natural gas distribution systems and the distribution of natural gas to residential and industrial customers in small- and medium-sized cities in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), through indirectly owned subsidiaries in the PRC, Beijing Zhong Ran Wei Ye Gas Co., Ltd. (Beijing Gas) and its subsidiaries. The Company owns and operates 37 natural gas distribution systems serving approximately 100,900 residential and five commercial and industrial customers. The Company’s facilities include approximately 710 kilometers of pipeline and delivery networks (including delivery trucks) with a daily capacity of approximately 89,000 cubic meters of natural gas.
