On October 26, 2007 the Company completed the acquisition of KCS Global Holdings Limited (KCS). On March 29, 2008, it completed the acquisition of Hallco 1390 Ltd, which trades under the name of Tekton Group Ltd (Tekton). In July 14, 2008, the Company acquired Eurowin, which comprises Millor Soft, S.L., Millor Soft Consulting, S.L., Millor Soft Imatge, S.L. and Millor Soft Internet, S.L. on July 7, 2008, it acquired DCS Automative Iberica, S.L. on September 10, 2008, it acquired Europeenne Alliance Technologie SAS (API).
