Sage Gold Inc. is a development-stage precious and base metals exploration and development company. The Company has a portfolio of precious and base metal properties in Ontario, Quebec, Nevada and Arizona. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008, the main focus was on the Beardmore properties in Ontario, primarily the Golden Extension property at Jacobus East, the gold/nickel/copper property at Jacobus and the Onaman polymetallic property. On November 26, 2007, it acquired options on four additional properties in the Beardmore Geraldton Gold Camp: Paint Lake, King Solomon’s Pillars, Missing Link and Cote Two Rivers. In the United States, it has interest in the Pony Spur and Sugarloaf Properties located in Nevada, and Gold Hill property located in Arizona. In August 2009, Sage Gold Inc. acquired Consolidated Puma Minerals Corp.
