Foreland Fabrictech Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in manufacturing and selling of functional and normal fabrics. The Company's vertically integrated production process includes the spinning of fibers, warping and slashing, weaving, dyeing, coating, finishing, packaging and delivery. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a total of 21 functional fabrics to offer its customers. The Company�s products are sold under the Fulian brand. Its production facilities are located in the Second Processing Zone, Dongshi Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, the People's Republic of China. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries include Fulian Knitting Co., Ltd, which is engaged in manufacturing and selling of functional and normal fabrics and provision of fabric processing services, and Fortune Luck International Enterprise Limited, which is engaged in investment holding.
