Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial Group Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the manufacture of dairy products and mixed feed products. The Company operates its businesses through liquid milk segment, cold drink segment, milk powder segment, yoghourt segment and raw milk segment. The Company primarily offers popside, ice cream, milk powder, milk tea powder, sterile milk, yoghurt and cheese, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly in domestic markets, with north China and south China as its major markets. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had eight major subsidiaries and associates.
