The Company is also involved in the operation of hotels. In the pharmaceutical area, the Company is primarily involved in the research, development, manufacturing and sale of halobios products such as alqa, seashell and crustacea. The Company operates its businesses mainly in the domestic market, including southwestern China, Middle China and southern China. As of December 31, 2008, the Company had four major subsidiaries.
