Jilin Yatai (Group) Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of cement, as well as real estate operation. The Company is also involved in commodity trading and medicine businesses. The Company distributes its cement products under the brand name of Dinglu. During the year ended December 31, 2008, the Company completed constructing 56,100 square meters of properties and sold 61,900 square meters of properties, produced 8.25 million metric tons of cement and 7.16 million metric tons of clinkers, and distributed approximately 8.18 million metric tons of cement and 1.35 million metric tons of clinkers. The Company mainly operates its businesses in Jilin Province, Heilongjiang Province and Liaoning Province, China.
