Pingdingshan Tianan Coal. Mining Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in coal mining, processing and distribution. The Company's major products are mixed coal, smelting clean coal and other washed coal. The Company also involves in materials distribution and agent distribution of other products. During the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011, the Company produced approximately 38.61 million tons of raw coal and 6.36 million tons of clean coal. It distributes its products primarily in East China and Central South China. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had four wholly owned subsidiaries.
