(SFH), and All Other, which comprises Sony Music Entertainment (SME) and Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. (SMEJ). On October 1, 2008, it acquired Bertelsmann’s 50% interest in SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT (SONY BMG).
