The Company’s products and services offers technologies to consumers, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), enterprises, high-end professional digital versatile disc (DVD) authoring experts and developers. The Company distributes its products and services through retailers and distributors, personal computer (PC) and consumer electronics (CE) OEMs, Internet Websites, including www.roxio.com and other channels. The Company operates in two segments: Roxio Consumer Products and Premium Content. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company acquired the assets of Simple Star, Inc., a software products and online service provider based in San Francisco, California.
