Sunair Services Corporation (Sunair) was operating in two business segments: Lawn and Pest Control Services and Telephone Communications. The Company’s Lawn and Pest Control Services segment provides lawn care and pest control services to both residential and commercial customers. Its Telephone Communications segment installs and maintains telephone and fixed wireless systems and was sold in September 2008. In October 2008, Sunair announced that it has sold all of its interest in Telecom FM Limited to Telecom FM Holdings.
