ReneSola Ltd (ReneSola) is a global manufacturer of solar wafers and producer of solar power products based in the People's Republic of China. ReneSola possess a global network of suppliers and customers that includes some of the global manufacturers of solar cells and modules. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had an annual wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 2,000 megawatts, consisting of monocrystalline wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 400 megawatts and multicrystalline wafer manufacturing capacity of approximately 1,600 megawatts. As of December 31, 2011, its polysilicon manufacturing facility in Meishan, Sichuan Province, had an annual manufacturing capacity of 4,000 metric tons. On June 10, 2011, it acquired Sichuan Aoguang Silicon Industry Co., Ltd. (Aoguang). In October 2012, it established a Japanese subsidiary, ReneSola Japan Ltd.
