Solar Power, Inc., manufactures photovoltaic panels or modules and balance of system components. The Company sells these products through three sales channels; direct product sales to international markets, its own use in building commercial and residential solar projects in the United States and to sell the Company’s products to a network of franchisees who serve the United States residential market through its wholly-owned franchise company Yes! Solar, Inc. In addition to the solar revenue, the Company also generates revenue from cable wire and mechanical assembly segment.
