Superior Energy Services, Inc. also owns and operates oil and gas properties in the Gulf of Mexico. It operates in four business segments: well intervention services, rental tools, marine services and oil and gas operations. On March 14, 2008, the Company completed the sale of 75% of its interest in SPN Resources, LLC (SPN Resources).
