Shengrui Resources Co. Ltd., formerly Double Halo Resources Inc., is an exploration-stage company that focuses to engage in the acquisition of non-operated working interests in oil and natural gas wells, and the exploration of development-stage oil and gas properties. As of October 31, 2008, the Company owned a 20% working interest in a property near Medicine Hat, Alberta (the Medicine Hat Property), and a 75% working interest in two properties near Leismer, Alberta, and a 60% working interest in a third property near Leismer, Alberta (collectively, the Leismer Properties). Its interest in the Medicine Hat Property is subject to a crown royalty and a 0.5% gross overriding royalty and its interest in the third Leismer property is subject to a crown royalty and two gross overriding royalties of 5% and 1%. On June 30, 2008, it abandoned its interest in the Worsley Property. On April 16, 2009, the Company transferred 100% interest in its wholly owned subsidiary, Patch Oilsands Ltd.
