Static Control Components (SCC) isn't stuck on static cling. The company that made a name for itself by selling anti-static products has made an even greater impression by selling parts for rebuilt toner cartridges. Its Imaging Division, which sells parts to recycle used printer cartridges, has captured more than half of the world market. SCC also makes electrical testing tools. In 2006 Static Control Components sold its SCC Products affiliate to 3M. In 1987 president and CEO Ed Swartz founded the company, which is owned and operated by his family.
