Savanna Energy Services Corp. (Savanna) is a Canada-based company providing a variety of services in the oil and natural gas industry. Savanna operates through its wholly owned subsidiaries and 50/50 limited partnerships. The Company’s services division is operated primarily through Savanna Well Servicing Inc., and its drilling division is operated primarily through Trailblazer Drilling Corp., Lakota Drilling Corp. and Savanna Drilling LLC. The Company operates in three segments: the corporate segment, which provides management and administrative services to all its subsidiaries and their respective operations; the services segment, which provides well servicing services and rental equipment to the oil and gas industry, and the drilling segment, which provides primarily contract drilling services to the oil and gas industry through both conventional and hybrid drilling rigs. On October 1, 2008, the Company acquired the assets of a privately held well servicing company.
