The Company’s customers include agencies of the Department of Defense, the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, the Department of the Treasury, NASA, the Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2009 (fiscal 2009), the Company derived approximately 72% of its revenues from the Department of Defense. In July 2008, the Company acquired Oberon Associates, Inc.
