WisdomTree Dreyfus South African Rand Fund (the Fund) is an open-end management investment company. The Fund seeks to earn current income reflective of money market rates in South Africa available to foreign investors, and to provide exposure to movements in the South African Rand relative to the United States dollar. The Fund invests in very short-term, investment grade instruments. WisdomTree Asset Management, Inc. acts as WisdomTree Dreyfus Chinese Yuan Fund’s investment advisor. Mellon Capital Management Corporation and The Dreyfus Corporation (each, a sub-adviser) serve as sub-adviser to the Fund.
