Vista Outdoor Inc. is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of consumer goods in the outdoor sports and recreation markets. The Company operates in two segments: Shooting Sports and Outdoor Products. Shooting Sports segment offers products, including pistol, rifle, rimfire and shotshell ammunition and primers, centerfire rifles, rimfire rifles, shotguns and range systems. The Outdoor Products segment offers optics, accessories and eyewear. The Company serves markets through its portfolio of approximately 30 brands that provide consumers with a range of products, including sporting ammunition and firearms, outdoor accessories, outdoor sports optics, golf rangefinders and performance eyewear. It serves a range of end consumers, including outdoor enthusiasts, hunters and recreational shooters, professional athletes, as well as law enforcement and military professionals.
