Silverstone Resources Corp. (Silverstone) is a Canada-based silver and gold mining company. The Company has three business segments, revenue from Precious Metals contracts, exploration of mineral properties located in Mexico and corporate operations. The Company earned 100% of its revenue from Precious Metals production. It is in the process of exploring four silver-gold properties in Mexico. Silverstone’s sales are generated from its purchases of by-product streams from operating base metal mines. In May 2009, Silver Wheaton Corp. (Silver Wheaton) completed the acquisition of Silverstone. As a result, Silverstone has become a wholly owned subsidiary of Silver Wheaton.
