Aegion Corporation is engaged in infrastructure protection and maintenance. The Company provides technologies and services to protect against the corrosion of industrial pipelines; for the rehabilitation and strengthening of sewer, water, energy and mining piping systems and buildings, bridges, tunnels and waterfront structures, and utilize integrated professional services in engineering, procurement, construction, maintenance, and turnaround services for a range of energy related industries. The Company operates in four segments: Energy and Mining, North American Water and Wastewater, International Water and Wastewater, and Commercial and Structural. The Company’s business activities include manufacturing, distribution, installation, coating and insulation, cathodic protection, research and development and licensing. Its products and services are utilized and performed in more than 80 countries across six continents.
