Stroytransgaz OAO (Stroytransgaz PJSC) is a Russia-based engineering construction company active within the oil and gas industry. The Company is involved in the engineering and construction of pipeline systems, oil and gas production facilities, underground gas storages, as well as development and operation of oil and gas fields and construction of civil and industrial structures and facilities. The Company is also engaged in the construction of energy sector facilities, such as cogeneration plants, nuclear power plants and power transmission lines. Stroytransgaz OAO operates through 24 branches and 10 representative offices located in Ukraine, Lebanon, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Algeria, Iraq, Iran, the United Arab Emirates, Syria, Belarus, Germany, Greece, Jordan and Russia, as well as 18 subsidiaries and four affiliated companies.
