Superior Energy Services, Inc. is engaged in serving the drilling, completion and production related needs of oil and gas companies worldwide through oilfield services and equipment that are used throughout the economic life cycle of oil and gas wells. The Company operates through four segments: Drilling Products and Services, manufactures, rents and sells specialized equipment and tools for use with well drilling, completion, production and workover activities; Onshore Completion and Workover Services group offers pressure pumping, fluid handling and well servicing; Production Services segment, includes intervention services and specialized pressure control tools; Subsea and Technical Solutions segment, offers products and services that address customer-specific needs with applications typically requiring specialized engineering, manufacturing or project planning. The Company serves the energy industry customers who focus on developing and producing oil and gas worldwide.
