T-3 Energy Services, Inc. designs, manufactures, repairs and services products used in the drilling and completion of new oil and gas wells, the workover of existing wells, and the production and transportation of oil and gas. The Company’s products are used in both onshore and offshore applications throughout the world. The Company’s customer base consists of other oilfield service companies, independent oil and gas companies, national energy companies and pipeline companies. On January 24, 2008, the Company acquired Pinnacle, located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, which assembles tests, installs and performs repairs on wellhead production products primarily in Oklahoma.
