MARTENS, AMITY, ROLFS, CANTERBURY, PRINCE GARDNER, PRINCESS GARDNER, SURPLUS, as well as private brands for retail customers. It sells its products through retail distribution channels throughout North America, including mass merchants, national chain stores, department stores, men’s and women’s specialty stores, catalog retailers, grocery stores, drug stores, golf pro shops, sporting goods stores, and the retail exchange operations of the United States military. On July 9, 2009, the Company acquired certain assets from Chambers Belt Company (Chambers), a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Footwear Group, Inc.
