21st Century Holding Company (21st Century) is an insurance holding company, which, through its subsidiaries and contractual relationships with the independent agents and general agents, controls substantially all aspects of the insurance underwriting, distribution and claims processes. The Company is authorized to underwrite fire, allied lines, homeowners’ property and casualty insurance, commercial general liability insurance, commercial multi peril, inland marine, personal automobile insurance and commercial automobile insurance in various states with various lines of authority through the wholly owned subsidiaries, Federated National Insurance Company (Federated National) and American Vehicle Insurance Company (American Vehicle). 21st Century markets and distributes its own and third party insurers’ products and other services in Florida, through contractual relationships with a network of approximately 1,500 independent agents and a select number of general agents.
