Tech Data Corporation (Tech Data) is a distributor of information technology (IT) products, logistics management and other value-added services worldwide. The Company serves more than 125,000 value-added resellers (VARs), direct marketers, retailers and corporate resellers in more than 100 countries throughout North America, Latin America and Europe. It serves two primary geographic markets: the Americas (including North America and Latin America) and Europe. Customers are provided with service through the Company’s technical support, electronic commerce tools (including online order entry and electronic data interchange (EDI) services), product integration services, customized shipping documents and financing programs. In May 2008, the Company completed the acquisition of certain assets of Scribona, AB (Scribona), an IT distributor the Nordic region of Europe, with operations in Sweden, Finland and Norway.
