iShares Barclays 10-20 Year Treasury Bond Fund (the Fund), formerly iShares Lehman 10-20 Year Treasury Bond Fund, seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the long-term sector of the United States Treasury market as defined by the Barclays Capital U.S. 10-20 Year Treasury Bond Index (the Index). The Index measures the performance of public obligations of the United States Treasury that have a remaining maturity of greater than or equal to 10 years and less than 20 years, and have $250 million or more of outstanding face value. In addition, the securities must be denominated in United States dollars, and must be fixed-rate and non-convertible securities. The Fund invests in a representative sample of securities included in the Index that collectively has an investment profile similar to the Index.
