Delek Capital has acquired Republic Companies Inc., a United States insurance group and Phoenix an Israel-based insurance company. Delek Real Estate invested in West European and Canadian real estate. Delek Benelux was established managing 870 gasoline stations and convenience stores under the Texaco brand name.
