Uni-President Enterprises Corp. is principally engaged in the manufacture, processing and sale of food products. The Company provides its products under five major groups. The Provisions Group primarily provides soybeans, corns, wheat, animal feeds, aquatic feeds, edible oils, flour and cereals. The Instant Food Group primarily provides instant wheat noodles and rice noodles. The Beverage Group primarily provides fruit juices, sport drinks, coffee, mineral water, energy drinks, tea drinks, fresh milk, soybean milk, yogurts and puddings. The General Food Group primarily provides frozen food, soy sauces, meat products, seasonings and ice cream products, and the Consumer Health Group primarily provides milk powders, breads and cakes.
