DFI Inc. is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and distribution of industrial embedded motherboards and general-purpose personal computer (PC) motherboards. The Company provides Intel atom embedded motherboards, Intel SandyBridge architecture embedded motherboards, low power fanless embedded systems, network security products, console servers, Internet protocol (IP) surveillance barebone systems, and atom E600 based Q7 computer on modules, among others.. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 94.4% of its total revenue from its industrial embedded motherboards. The Company distributes its products mainly to overseas marks.
