Taiwan Tea Corporation is primarily engaged in commodities distribution. The Company�s products and businesses include chemical engineering products, tea, interior decoration works, aluminum composite panels, household products, alcoholic products and others. The Company is involved in the production and sale of tea products; operation of tea restaurant; provision of catering services, fruit and vegetables, and tea related products; agency sale of beer, wine, rum and cosmetics; provision of public relation activities for corporate customers; construction of interior projects and curtain wall projects, as well as sale of construction materials, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including Japan, Australia and the United States. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained 43.10% and 17.03% of its total revenue from the chemical engineering products and tea, respectively.
