Description
Innolux Corporation, formerly Chimei InnoLux Corporation, is principally engaged in the manufacture of thin film transistor-liquid crystal display (TFT-LCD) panel modules and LCD monitors. The Company provides TFT-LCD panel modules and LCD monitors, which are applied in the manufacture of desktop monitors, laptops, mobile phones and portable audio/video players. During the year ended December 31, 2011, approximately 52.5%, 21.5% and 15.6% of the Company's total revenue was from large size TFT-LCD panel modules, middle and small size TFT-LCD panel modules, as well as LCD monitors, respectively. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas and Europe.
