Gintech Energy Corporation is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of solar cells. The Company provides six-inch multi-crystalline and mono-crystalline solar cells, five-inch multi-crystalline and mono-crystalline solar cells, and colored solar cells. Its products are applied in consumer electronics, watches, computers, solar chargers, solar vehicles, road and transportation systems and electric power generation businesses, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, Europe and the Americas. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained approximately 96.75% of its total revenue from the sale of solar cell products.
