(Paragon Systems) and The Cornwall Group, Inc. (Cornwall). The Company’s two reportable segments are Cornwall and Paragon Systems/Southeastern Paragon (SEP). The Cornwall segment focuses on contract guard services to commercial and state and local government customers. The Paragon Systems/SEP segment focuses on contract guard services to various federal government agencies. The Company’s government customers include local, state and federal government agencies. Its private sector customers include commercial customers, such as universities, public school systems, corporate complexes, hospitals, and residential customers, such as condominiums, high-end apartments and high-security homes.
