Ag Growth International Inc., formerly Ag Growth Income Fund, is an open-ended, limited-purpose trust. It holds indirectly all of the securities of Ag Growth Industries Inc., which conducts business in the grain handling, storage, and conditioning market. The Company is a manufacturer of portable grain handling and conditioning equipment, including augers, belt conveyors, grain handling accessories and grain aeration equipment. Ag Growth operates in eight divisions: Batco Manufacturing (Batco), Edwards Group, Westfield Industries, Wheatheart Manufacturing, Hi Roller, Twister, Union Iron and Applegate Livestock. Batco manufactures portable belt conveyors. Edwards Group manufactures natural air grain drying equipment, aeration fans and low temperature heaters for grain storage management. Westfield Industries manufactures portable grain augers. Wheatheart Manufacturing manufactures portable grain augers, grain handling accessories and fencing equipment.
