Curis Resources Ltd. (Curis) is primarily engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties, with a focus on projects with the potential for in-situ copper recovery (ISCR) and solvent extraction and electro-winning (SX-EW) production. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Curis Resources (Arizona) Inc. (Curis Arizona), owns 100% of the Florence Copper project (Florence Copper). The Florence Copper project is located in the Poston Butte metallic mineral district within the limits of the town of Florence in Pinal County, Arizona. The Florence Copper project hosts a porphyry copper deposit with mineral resources occurring within a copper oxide zone that is amenable to ISCR. Curis owns the surface rights and all of the mineral rights of some 1,181.59 acres of patented land in the area containing the deposit. Their holdings span portions of sections 26, 27, 28, 33, 34, and 35 of Township 4 South, Range 9 East.
